Our wines are produced from quality grapes, grown and harvested in our vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains, the Judean Plains and the slopes of the Carmel. The winery has several excellence series, with THE WINDMILL PROJECT being our flagship quality range.

The vineyards are planted in the Jerusalem Mountains, the Judean Plains and the slopes of Mt. Carmel. We cultivate the vineyards in full cooperation with the vintners and the winemaking team, based on the world view that the wine is produced in the vineyard and the quality of the grapes is its most influencing factor.

The winery was founded over 150 years ago in Jerusalem’s Old City. When the Guetta family acquired the winery in 2006 it was renamed Jerusalem Wineries Cooperative Agricultural Association and is the only winery operating in the city.
