THE WINDMILL PROJECT wines represent the project of excellence of Jerusalem Wineries Agricultural Cooperative Association. A select group of winegrowers and vineyard plots from which we produce our finest wines. It is a constant pursuit of local identity, complexity, and elegance. Our role is to bring out the very best of what the vineyard and each vintage give us. The philosophy guiding our winemaking is influenced by the Old World, placing the fruit and its characteristics at the center, while the influence of the winemaker and the production process remains secondary.

The illustration featured on the wine labels and the name of the series express the winery’s connection to the Montefiore Windmill, home to the winery’s visitor center, overlooking the City of David and the walls of the Old City.
