Jerusalem Wineries Agricultural Cooperative Association’s project of excellence. Each vintage, the winery produces its finest wines from selected vineyard blocks. The wines are made with minimal intervention, aiming to express the fruit and the vineyard in the best possible way.

From outstanding vineyards in the Jerusalem Hills and on the slopes of Mount Carmel, we produce wines with a clear varietal and regional expression. Complex and elegant wines, aged in a combination of oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks.
The names of the wines in this series reflect how the grape varieties are written in the language of winemaking.

A series of wines representing the winery’s pursuit of winemaking excellence. Approachable wines that do not compromise on complexity and offer exceptional value for money.
THE CELLAR
Wines that reflect meticulous work in the vineyard and the winery, with an emphasis on fruit characteristics and approachability, intended to be enjoyed while young.
