Our Excellence Project. Each vintage year we produce our best wines from selected vineyard plots. The wines are crafted with minimal intervention out of a desire to reflect the quality fruit and the uniqueness of the vineyard in the best possible way.

We produce wines with clear varietal and regional expression from outstanding vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains and Mt. Carmel slopes. Complex and elegant wines, aged in a combination of wooden barrels and stainless-steel tanks. The names appearing on the wines in this series express the oenological writing.
