The harvest
A growing season characterized by winter with many cold temperature episodes and more precipitation than the annual average. A moderate spring without extreme heat waves led to a uniform awakening in the vineyards. The harvest started on time with a slightly higher yield than the annual average.
Physiological and phenolic ripening progressed continuously and uniformly, allowing a quality harvest with noticeable varietal characteristics and good acid levels in the grapes received at the winery.

Wine characteristics
Dry red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After fermentation on the skins, the wine was aged with French oak for 8 months. The wine has a deep hue, aromas of cassis and vanilla. Medium to full body and balanced finish.
